Claims Process

• Claims can be submitted on MyEmbrace application.
• Claims can also be submitted via email, fax, or postal mail. 
• Claim forms for each pet can be found on the MyEmbrace app
• Claims are processed in 10-15 business days.
• Reimbursements are paid by direct deposit or by check.
• Direct deposit payments arrive within 3 business days.
• Payments by check take 10 business days.
• All payment methods can be changed on the app.
• Wellness Rewards are usually processed in 5 business days.
